Як видалити акаунт в App My Poland

Ви можете видалити свій акаунт та всі пов'язані з ним дані безпосередньо в застосунку My Poland, без звернення до підтримки.

  1. Відкрийте застосунок My Poland і увійдіть у свій акаунт.
  2. Перейдіть у розділ «Профіль» (значок профілю або email вгорі екрана).
  3. Прокрутіть вниз до пункту «Видалити профіль».
  4. Підтвердьте видалення у вікні, що з'явиться.
  5. Акаунт та пов'язані дані будуть видалені.
Якщо з якоїсь причини кнопка недоступна або виникла помилка під час видалення, напишіть у підтримку через розділ «Написати в підтримку» на сторінці профілю, або на vzgroup25@gmail.com — ми видалимо акаунт вручну протягом кількох робочих днів.

Які дані видаляються

  • Електронна адреса (email) та дані акаунту
  • Історія повідомлень AI-чату
  • Будь-які дані профілю, збережені в застосунку

Документи, згенеровані застосунком (наприклад, Ponaglenie), і так автоматично видаляються з серверів протягом 10 хвилин після генерації та не залежать від видалення акаунту.

How to delete your account in the My Poland App

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the My Poland app, without contacting support.

  1. Open the My Poland app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the "Profile" section (profile icon or email at the top of the screen).
  3. Scroll down to "Delete Profile".
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
  5. Your account and associated data will be deleted.
If for any reason the button is unavailable or an error occurs during deletion, contact support via "Contact Support" on the profile page, or email vzgroup25@gmail.com — we will delete the account manually within a few business days.

What data is deleted

  • Email address and account data
  • AI chat message history
  • Any profile data stored in the app

Documents generated by the app (e.g., Ponaglenie) are already automatically deleted from our servers within 10 minutes of generation, independent of account deletion.
